The welder is specially designed by the co***ny for various standard circular seam gas shielded welding as needed in the market.Co***red with similar products is the market,the welder has the following advantage:
1,The installation,positioning and turning of the work piece are driven by the DC speed regulated motor,and the speed of the DC motor is regulated by the pulse width,for stable and reliable speed regulation.
2,The turning position of the turning encoder which has the same speed with the main turning shart of the turning disk,and with such function,the work piece can be placed in any position in the fixed circumference for continuous and intermittent welding as preset by the program.
3,The main turning shaft is designed with water and air turning connector,and the work piece start clamping and position actuator part can be connected on the turning disk as needed by the clamping and positioning of the work piece,and water cooling device for the work piece can be connected to the turning disk as needed by the welding of the work piece.
4,With movable structure of the end seat,the position can be adjusted according to the length of the work piece to be welded(0-400mm).
5,The pressing shaft is pressed and loosened by the driving of the cylinder,and the end of the pressing shaft can be replaced with diffeent turning press head according to the requirement of the work piee to be welded.
6,The welding gun is fed and retracted by the driving fo the cylinder,and the welding gun has a five-direction fine adjustment mechanism,ensuring to form the best direction between the welding gun and the welding seam.
7,With the mechanical parts designed and manufactured in strict accordance with the national mechanical design and manufacturing standard,the mechanical parts of the equipment have high design and manufacturing accuracy,
8,With the control system controlled by microcomputer,the volume is small,and the operation interface is reliable and simple and the modification and maintenance are easy,
